Dr. Carl Foster completed his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Foster is board certified by the American Medical Association (AMA), American Association of Family Practice (AAFP), and the Medical Association of Georgia (MAG). His 14 years as a physician has seen him serving patient care needs in the emergency room, outpatient clinic, acute care center, and as a hospitalist on the medical ward and critical care unit.
